Community IT Innovators is seeking a flexible, creative web
developer/implementer who help us deliver high quality public websites and online database applications. The successful candidate will enjoy helping nonprofit organizations pursue their missions by creating lightweight, pragmatic web solutions. The ability to talk with non-technical people about requirements and solutions is essential.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in at least one of the following:
Drupal configuration
Basic web design and usability
Front-end development, including the ability to render designs and
interactive features provided by other designers, using
Javascript / JQuery
HTML/CSS
And sometimes Adobe Flash
Professional presence, mature and confident
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter, good time management skills and ability to work on a
team and independently
Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience combined
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to train users on web systems
Experience working with nonprofit organizations
Experience with membership sites
Experience developing in an Agile/Scrum-type iterative development
method
Compensation:
Based on experience, includes the following benefits: Health, dental,
