Description: We are seeking a telecommunications manager responsible for managing all aspects of our PBX Systems division. The job involves generating revenue from products and services, coordinating and supporting the technicians and customer service. The position has very good career and financial growth potential.
Requirements include :
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred in a technical discipline
- 5 + years experience in management, installation, and maintenance of PBX systems
- Hands-on experience with PBX systems, key systems, voice mail systems
- Ability to diagnose and correct issues related to phone and voice mail systems
- Minimum 2 + years of supervisory experience leading a team of technicians
- Understanding/experience of IP Telephony and VoIP technologies is an asset
- Good verbal and written and effective computer skills using Word, Excel
- Saudi Driving License and Transferable Iqama is a must
