Job Description
The People Bank, a division of Design Group Staffing is currently seeking a Technical Sales Representative (Hydraulics) for an industry leader.
In this role you will have the responsibility of developing the existing sales territory, while seeking new business opportunities and increasing sales
Responsibilities:
? Plan and coordinate sales calls to existing and new customers;
? Promote our products and services by demonstrating their advantages
? Supply customers with technical solutions to their problems
? Prepare and follow up on technical quotations
? Communicate with the sales manager regarding any issues
? Develop strategies to penetrate target accounts and see them through
? Offer after-sales service
Skills and experience:
? Knowledge of hydraulic products and components
? Minimum 3 year experience or equivalent technical training
? Excellent negotiation, sales and presentation skills
? Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
? Efficient time management and organizational skills
? Capability to read Hydraulic drawings
? Understanding of Mobile and Industrial Hydraulic systems, processes and equipment
? Positive attitude with regards to the day to day communications with customers
? Good team player
? Ability to travel, valid driver’s license.
