Technical Sales and Support Co-ordinator
Location: North Cambridge
Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 (doe)
Are you an experienced Sales co-ordinator looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy interacting with clients and delivering an outstanding service? An opportunity has arisen within a client of ours for a client focussed team member to join their growing and prestigious business.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide first line support for sales managers
Updating client informaiton and gaterhing the information for any technical support related issues to be resolved
Dealig with any incoming sales enquiries and provide quotations
Maintaining marketing and exhibition information
Essential skills:
A confident phone manner and strong customer service skills
A technical mind with the ability to learn quickly
Excellent communication skills both face to face and telephonically
Confident in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
