Description: Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
Maintain current, accurate inventory of Servers and Software
Administration /Implementation of the Server Replacement Project Server patch, OS support and maintenance.
Monitor daily logs, servers. Network items
On-site monitoring, on call monitoring, maintenance, support and recovery of all systems including network/server/storage hardware, software, and communication links.
Troubleshoot and resolve a broad range of server and network problems.
Provide detailed documentation for problem reporting.
Manage process for the installation, moving and removal of servers for multiple data centers.
Troubleshooting skills in Active directory, Exchange 2010 and File server related issues on client side.
Operating systems, including PC builds/image generation. Windows, SQL, IIS and Share point server support.
Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to all levels within the organization.
Ability to handle problems and difficult situations under pressure circumstances.
Ability to set priorities and to change and respond quickly will be necessary.
Credible and a role model, both Inside and outside the company.
Ability to deal with diverse styles and multiple levels of the organization.
Experience in a multi-cultural work environment.
