University Degree in management or has successfully managed similar programs in medium sized organizations for 3 years or more. Minimum of 8 years relevant experience. Experience as a Food Control Officer for the Municipality or similarly qualified position for a large enterprise. Extensive knowledge and experience with HACCP regulations. Must have excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.

Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Minimum of 10 years supervisory experience and post qualification courses in materials supply, inventory management, urban city services, contracts and budget. Must be computer literate.

University Degree followed by a further 3 years course in Hotel and Catering Management. Minimum of 5 years experience in an. internationally reputed hotel or social Club on a Senior Staff or Management position. Must have good communication skills .
