Key Deliverables as Store Keeper cum Purchase Coordinator
Accountable for all procurement activities by placing orders for all the goods and services which are required in operations on day to day basis and Print LPO from FMC Purchase System.
Obtaining reasonable quotes from suppliers & complying with supplier requirements and specifications established by the Hotel Management.
Looking after store issue as per approved requisition, maintaining good relations with approved suppliers & negotiating for Shares of the Supplier/Savings.
Taking care of Invoice, Requisition Posting in FMC on regular basis.
Handling speculation related to price changes, purchase order & supporting documents; managing clean & clear purchase records and third parties, suppliers, hotel standards with an appropriate purchasing policy.
Filling the quotation details, submitting the purchase requisition to the requesting parties with values for signature and forwarding to Financial Controller and General Manager for approval.
Forwarding written specifications of items intended to procure and receiving minimum three quotations & purchase requests from all departments in the hotel.

Set up and organised incoming delivery and received items for the company and made sure that all the data have been encoded to the computer as well as assisted in making delivery invoice and purchasing of store items both the general, food and beverage items.
