Title: SQL Reporting Specialist
Duration: One Year
Location : Tallahassee, Fl
Visa Status: Any – But need some who are local to Tallahassee as client ask for face to face interview.
Primarily responsible for developing reports for the company and designing the data warehouse structures needed to support all reporting needs, especially ad-hoc reporting. Responsible for determining strategy for interfacing with all data sources and improving performance for ad-hoc reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field
6+ years of SQL development, strong experience writing SQL queries
Successful candidate must have a strong database development track record and advanced knowledge of T-SQL programming
Strong experience with SSRS, Analysis Services and OLAP/Cube
The BI consultant will work with end users in a variety of roles to understand business models and gather reporting requirements
Experience creating data sources for reports including SQL Stored Procedures
Strong understanding of relational database concepts and constructs
Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
Ability to apply technical solutions to solve problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
