Position Summary
Reporting to the IS Service Lead, the Level I Site Support Systems Analyst, Technical is responsible for providing systems support to various departments within the organization and for the day-to-day operations of the company’s computer systems. This position places priority on Housing sales and Construction office support.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide assistance to system users for use of hardware and software applications and providing basic day-to-day user support, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, installation and training in the areas of computer software, hardware and peripherals.
• Configuration of desktop equipment
• Assists in the maintenance of software and hardware inventory.
• Follows the Brookfield RP Information Systems Controls and Policies including change control procedures.
• Ensure desktop reliability and stabilization.
• Provide superior support and solutions for internal clients.
• Dispatch to site for resolving end user problems
• On-Call Support
Qualifications & Requirements
• University degree or diploma in Information technology or related discipline
• A valid Alberta driver’s license and vehicle are mandatory.
• 3-5 years related industry experience
