Advise the Production Supervisor of any potential hazardous situation or changes to operating conditions and implements any actions necessary to maintain safe continuous hydrocarbon production. Ensure that all plant and equipment are available for shut down as programmed and in accordance with the permit to work system and that installations are efficiently restarted thereafter. Carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the Production Supervisor from time to time, and within the limits of his competence and ability.
