Job Description

IPsoft is looking for Graduates with excellent verbal and written communication in techno-functional 24×7 Service desk role, responsibilities include:

- Incident management for Sev 1 and Sev 2 problems.

- Run daily scheduled checks on Client Applications as per SoPs.

- Provide Helpdesk support for end users.

- Document and escalate incidents as outlined in the process.

- Coordinate and manage bridge calls when needed.

- Coordinate communication amongst different support groups to resolve the incident.

- Send regular status updates to business groups per defined process.
