The position is for an individual who has a solid academic and work experience in the formulation of specialty consumer cleaning, coating and air care products for aerosol and non-aerosol applications.
This is a hands-on position requiring experience in team leadership and product development, especially in specialty cleaners, surfactants and aerosols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and five to 10 years experience.
- Excellent communication and relational skills for internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of VOC/MIR regulations
- Ability to set-up and operate a development lab
- A history of presentations to key customers
- Experience in cross functional product development teams
