A large construction group based in Dubai, UAE, urgently requires a Commercial/Contracts/Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in Infrastructure & Buildings.
Job Requirements:
It is required that the candidate must be preferably western educated with a minimum of graduate degree in Civil Engineering, education in building laws of the UK, or any other construction related technical degree. Familiar with FIDIC standards. Having experience of UAE based construction contracts handling. An expert in handling variations and preparation of EOT claims having strong English language proficiency.
