To join group’s executive team as Senior Manager Human Resources the candidate must have an ambition of sharing group success by providing visionary leadership and business acumen.
The Senior Manager Human Resources would primarily concentrate on the development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, team-work, and high performance. The person would also be responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources Management with special emphasis on Human Resources Development in a large group having more then twelve manufacturing facilities in regional countries. In conjunction with the organization’s commercial goals, he/she would establish, implement and support an overall human capital strategy and direction.
To justify the role and to accomplish group’s HR objectives, the incumbent must have following attributes, skills and expertise.
• To functionally lead on the development, deployment and optimization of Group HR systems across all locations.
• To provide a broad range of HR strategic and tactical interventions, and support the management in developing a positive leadership style and skills to strengthen group’s position as an employer of choice.
• To develop, advice, implement and communicate management practices and HR policies to ensure innovation in a competitive and effective manner.
• To take initiatives in Organization Development (OD), evaluate training needs and facilitate employees with advance trends and techniques through internal and external trainings.
• To conduct performance reviews with department managers, monitor employee productivity, attitudes, performance result and ensure 100% compliance and consistency.
• To create compensation plans and provide administration for employee benefits.
• To maintain excellent facilities conducive to enhancing employee productivity.
• To provide company-wide communications, work closely with other departments and provide an information resource for both employees and senior management.
• To develop a ‘Code of Conduct’ requiring professional behavior at all times. Ensure employee safety, wellness, welfare, health and happiness.
• To forecast and evaluate group’s HR needs, recruit and retain top quality staff for each department. Conduct and organize interviews.
• To develop and monitor industrial relations strategy developments to prevent and settle disputes. Monitor industrial relations. Handle all employee relations issues including investigations, documentation and conflict resolution.
• To keep strong understanding of employment law, working conditions, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• To demonstrate excellent proficiency in writing staff handbooks, contracts, staff memos, and issuing written offers of employment, promotion etc.

Minimum eight years of experience as a senior manager in HRM or HRD, preferably in multinational companies.
Minimum Education: MBA HR preferably from a reputed foreign institution.
