The New York office of Boyden Global Executive Search is currently looking to add a Senior Associate to our growing organization.

The Senior Associate is responsible for conducting research and recruitment on specific search assignments aimed at identifying suitable candidates within specific industrial and functional parameters to build a pool of relevant potential candidates. The Senior Associate will partner with Managing Directors to develop and implement sourcing strategies and refine search strategy.

Additional responsibilities include:
• Determining an initial list of prospective candidates, and assisting the Senior Consultant in profiling and qualifying these individuals. Continuing to identify additional suitable candidates as the search progresses in order to locate all available and appropriate candidates.
• Selling qualified candidates on client opportunities.
• Assessing and analyzing candidates’ technical and professional skills, personal characteristics, as well as their career motivations, through careful resume screening, detailed phone conversations and face to face interviews.
• Performing references and background checks.
• Assisting Senior Consultants with preparation of resume profiles, references, and other documentation and correspondence related to the search.
• Tracking all activity through our database and recording pertinent information on individuals, companies, and search assignments.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Prior research and recruitment experience.
Executive search industry background preferred.
Excellent written, communication and distinct phone skills (must be comfortable cold calling)
Ability to work independently and identify challenges, suggest solutions and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
Posses the ability to prioritize duties in accordance with expectations while working independently on assignments in a complex work environment.
Well-established ability to work in a dynamic environment while paying close attention to detail
Must be self-motivated, and possess the ability to work independently, as well as part of team.
Experienced data entry and database management skills
Familiar with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet.
