JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Manage complex IT projects in a fast paced, constantly changing Agile environment
- Work closely with Business Project Managers to keep the business engaged throughout the life of the project to ensure high satisfaction
- Responsible for effectively planning, scheduling, estimating, coordinating, controlling, managing and delivering all activities for projects
- Monitor and report on the status of project efforts, including weekly time reporting and problem prevention/mitigation
- Bring professionalism, thought leadership, critical thinking and setting productivity pace culture
- Mentor and coach both IT and business team members on Agile project management methods
- Possibly Onshore-offshore coordination
Desired Experience
- 12+ Years of total IT experience with at least 6+ in Project Management
