Seeking Plant Engineer III for Daingerfield, TX, USA
(URGENT NEED, client will pay relocation)
Our client in the roofing manufacturing sector is in search of Plant Engineer III. This is an urgent need and will pay relocation expenses. DAINGERFIELD,TX Approx 2 hours/120 miles outside of Dallas TX.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
•Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering from an accredited institution.
•Licensed Professional Engineer preferred
•Minimum three (3) years experience as a practicing Engineer managing multiple projects in a manufacturing environment. Manufacturing very important.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Independently evaluates, selects and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications to facilities, equipment and operations.
•Performs work which involves conventional types of plans, investigations, surveys, structures or equipment.
•Responsible for equipment design and development, test of materials, preparation of specifications, process study, research investigations, report preparation and other activities requiring knowledge of principles and techniques of engineering.
•Responsible for capital budget planning, AFE generation and auditing.
•Works with outside contractors as needed to complete assignments on time and within budget.
•Occasional travel to customers, vendors and other facilities as required
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
•Language-Must be able to speak fluent English
•Competent with Auto CAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project, Internet, email (Lotus Notes).
•Mathematical abilities- advanced arithmetic, statistics and algebra.
•Advanced reasoning ability- Ability to read and interpret governmental policies and procedures. Ability to present information and respond to questions from employees and all levels of management.
•Exceptional organization, communication, problem Solving, and follow through skills.
•Must possess an exemplary attention to detail.
•Excellent time management skills
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
May supervise or coordinate the work of drafters, technicians and others who assist in specific assignments.
