General MDF Factory Manager
Region: Republic of Azerbaijan
Salary Range: $108,000 net + 20% objective based bonus+ excellent package + full relocation fee.
On behalf of our client, one of the largest international conglomerates based in Republic of Azerbaijan, we are seeking an individual to head its MDF factory . The individual will be tasked with building the management and operational teams using existing and newly hired personnel as well as start up and stable operation of the production lines using the technical resources of the production equipment suppliers.
This role will be responsible for all aspects of the on-site operation including managing and developing the manufacturing operations to achieve budget, exceeding customer expectations in quality and service, and meeting product quality parameters.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess of the following attributes and skills:
Management Experience:
Senior Management level experience in wood-based panels production. Prefer the experience to be mostly at the factory manager or general manager level. Experience should include active participation and decision making in the operations’ P/L activities. Experience at the strategic level would be a plus.
Compensation:
Salary: 108K, objective based bonus, car, apartments, relocation, healthcare insurance etc.
