Blow Molding Technologist: Test Engineering / Validation Team

In order to maintain growth rate and increase market strength, they are looking for a motivated self-starter to fill the following position in the Test Engineering / Validation Team.
Key Responsibilities: Work with development engineering teams to improve and develop process methodologies and technologies.
Key Skills:
• Set-up, Operate and Process Blow Molding Equipment
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Blow Molding Equipment
• Develop testing protocol and methods to evaluate new technologies and processes.
• Review and analyze test data, providing reports and presentations to the project team
• Conduct design of experiments.
• Conduct part / product quality testing
Key Qualifications:
• Technical diploma / degree and or equivalent experience
• 2 to 5 years practical experience using Blow Molding Technology
• Advanced knowledge of electrical, electronic and pneumatic controls.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering test equipment – Data Acquisition
• Experience and knowledge in blow molding theory and processing – Rotary Stretch Blowing Equipment.
• Experience in quality inspection – Equipment and Methods
• Excellent Computer Skills – Data Analysis
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Demonstrated Team Player
