Role Description: Work description: 1- Minimum of 10 years experience with the management complex fleet type a. Light vehicle, hauler, shovel, track equipment b. Experience with the concept of Total Life Cycle for Asset c. Experience with the maintenance principal of repair by replace d. Experience with the concept of flow through material e. Experience with Parts Contract Process f. Experience with Warranty at three tier level (new machine, rebuilt, component) g. Experience with Maintenance process like emergency, break-in, plan & major work h. Experience in Managing Maintenance Cycle(work identification, work selection, planning, scheduling, execution, history capture & completion) i. Experience with the concept of material kitting & staging j. Experience with the concept of missing parts k. Experience with Capital Spare Material l. Experience with large Mine operation m. Experience with Mining Budget Principals 2- Minimum of 5 years experience with the Plant Maintenance module a. Understand the concept of multiple Functional Hierarchy b. Understand the concept of user exit for technical object c. Understand the concept of Reference Functional Location d. Understand the concept of fleet equipment e. Understand the concept of serialized equipment f. Understand the concept of install / dismantle process g. Understand the relationship between a physical & financial asset h. Understand the concept of classification i. Understand the concept of Bill of Material using construction type & Floc or Equipment j. Understand the concept of configurable Bill of Material k. Understand the concept of task list l. Understand the concept of measurement point & measurement point hierarchy m. Understand the concept of Preventive Program base on counter & condition n. Understand the concept of Preventive Program generating order & notification o. Understand the refurbishment order p. Understand the notification user exit q. Understand the order user exit r.
