My client is looking to hire a SAP Financials Specialist, for a Solutions Architect role
Responsibilities
The Senior Solution Architect will:
* Apply in-depth industry, market & customer knowledge to create attractive business solutions for prospects and customers
* Identify client needs
* Develop enhanced solutions
* Promote and position value based solutions
* Build longterm customer relationships
* Develop virtual team capability
* Design and deliver demonstrations and presentations
* Provide proposals to prospects with account team
Professional / SAP Product Knowledge Requirements
* SAP Financials, including preferably SAP BPC and/or Treasury & Risk Management
* Knowledge of other SAP Business Suite solutions is a plus.
* At least 5 years of experience in SAP implementation and/or presales engagements
* Integration of SAP Financials with other modules like Logistics and HCM
* Appreciation of Industry Specific Process in any specific industry.
* Preferably with a degree in Accountancy. CPA qualification is a definite plus.
Other Skills & Abilities
* Build effective value-added solution demonstrations in enterprise account terminology.
* Team leadership: Configure virtual team composition to support the sales cycle; provide clear
development direction and guidance on technical issues to sales team for problem resolution.
* Communication skills: Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication skill. Evidence of creating written outputs that express ideas/ concepts/ information that are readily understood by targeted end receiver. Can effectively communicate complex technical information to a varied audience level. Adjusts message and delivery to level & readiness of listener. Is cognizant of cultures and diversity.
* Analytical thinking/ Problem solving: Works systematically & logically to resolve problems, address opportunities or manage the situation at hand; identifies causes, relationships and implications.
* Listening, understanding and responding: Practices attentive and active listening; has patience to hear people out and can accurately restate and respond to issues and concerns.
