Key Responsibilities:
Meet sales targets for assigned region
Identifies potential clients, develops an account entry strategy, conducts the prospecting campaign, develops relationships and understands the business/performance issues that contribute to the client��s critical strategic business objectives.
Train, manage, and support distribution network in your territory to achieve sales objectives
Identify business opportunities by collecting information and reports about the market trend, competitors’ activities and customers�� requirements
Provide forecasting, sales analysis and implement strategic sales plan for the region
Work closely with marketing team for new product introduction and promotional activities
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in medical, bio-medical, human science or international trade discipline
Minimum 3 years of sales and/or business development experience, preferably in Medical Device field �� Shall be experienced in managing distribution network
Self motivated and good teamwork spirit
Willing to travel and relocate
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English; Fluent in Vietnamese language
