By capitalizing on its traditional values and its strong corporate culture the company wishes to continue its strong development hence its’ search for a Sales Manager operating in United Kingdom.
Job Description
It is a Management position reporting directly to the European Sales Manager
The Manager will manage, train, support and advise a sales team of 4 salaried professionals for the company to market the various ranges of products through opticians outlets in the UK
The Manager will negotiate directly with major accounts and central purchasing departments
Will assume with the team the development of the turnover (target of 2 €million)
Guarantees the achievement of the targets, the application of the companies trading policies and will respect the company’s image and values
Will observe the competitors tactics
Will receive all enquiries pertaining to the UK market
Candidate description
Have a business school education.
Either by training or work experience have knowledge experience of this business sector
Will have experience of the sales area in B to B through optician retailers and management experience of sales team visiting these customers
Must be a Manager Head of Department and be endowed with strong work ethics
Will be an enthusiast who wishes to join a dynamic company structure
Must be fluent in spoken and written English and can converse in French.
The post requires traveling throughout the UK
Can be based in any part of the territory UK
Annual fixed salary (min.): 50,000 EUR
Bonus Expectation: 30,000 EUR
Total Compensation Package: 80,000 EUR
