Job Title: Sales Manager
Education and Experience:
BSc degree in Pharmacy or related field, with five years of experience as minimum in sales management position in Lebanese Market. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Developing business plans and sales strategies for Lebanese market, that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Preparing marketing and action plans by individuals as well as by team, for effective sales leads and prospects.
-Working directly with clients and building strategic relations with them on long term basis.
• Following up sales team performance and insuring that all sales team members meet their assigned sales targets.
Skills and Abilities:
• Strong personality with high leadership and team inspiring skills.
• High analytical skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English Language (French Language is an advantage).
• Computer skills are a must
