Sales Manager jobs in Japan – Singapore – Mumbai


Required – Sales Manager – Advanced Applications for Japan / Singapore / Mumbai for a Top Automation MNC.
for Japan – Japnesse speaking / Local people will be preferred.
Working experience through companies such as Yokogawa, Honewell, Emerson, GE, Siemens etc will be highly preferred.

PURPOSE OF ROLE
To develop customer profiles, create opportunities with existing clients and new prospects, bring quota increasing revenue and margins, penetrating targeted customer accounts, develop and deliver proposals and participate in contract reviews within the sales territory of Korea in the advanced application market such as oil & gas, chemical, refinery, power and utility industries.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•Responsible for advanced application sales & consulting like steady, dynamic simulation solution, advanced process control, optimization, operator training simulator, plant operation information system applied to various industries such as oil & gas, chemical, refinery, power and utility, etc.
•Build on existing relationships with current client base as well as developing new relationships with prospective customers through creating demand for Invensys advanced application products and perusing opportunities to fruition.
•Develop strategic customer relationships to achieve sales strategies and objectives.
•Develop sales objectives, strategies, budgets, marketing plans and sales forecasts for assigned accounts / markets
•Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for sales development
•Provide timely sales data, reports and analysis as directed
•Execute sales programs and marketing plans to accomplish sales objectives and growth
•Build understanding of full Invensys capabilities and product offerings applicable to customer base
•Provide sales and technical support for customer base

•Advanced Application Sales Professional
oDevelop relationships with customers at all levels including executive.
oUnderstand and use customer and industry drivers for success in accounts.
oUnderstand competitors, their strategies and counter-tactics.
oTechnical background is strongly needed in field of Process Simulation & Engineering

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Skills -
•High level sales skills
oSteady & dynamic simulation or any advanced simulation software application
oAdvanced process control & optimization
oReal time database
oAsset management system
oMES & Process information system

Knowledge -
•Degreed Chemical Engineer (BS, MS or PhD)
•Technical and Applications
oHave a good technical knowledge of basic process.
oSound Knowledge of first principles of engineering and the fundamental relationship between process variables.
oAbility to understand P&IDs, PFDs and control logic
•Experience with IOM or competitor’s equivalent products such as ProII, Hysis, Unisim, Dynsim, Aspen etc.
•Fluent English

Experience -
•Minimum 10 years in field of proven engineering company or Refinery & Petrochemical company or system integrated company
