Our client is managing a flagship property in Beijing and is searching for an experienced Mandarin speaking Director of Sales to join a very progressive sales team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with high end Chinese experience in the MICE and travel trade, and the ability to stream line sales applications.
Managing a team of 5+ staff and reporting directly to the DOSM and , the hotel offers Beijing’s unique destinations encompasses a world-class hotel and leading edge F&B services. You are a key member of the team who will manage all sales tasks with the ability to plan, market and implement sales strategies.
* Minimum of 5 years in resort sales management experience in China
* Specialist in travel trade and MICE-Mandarin speaking a must
* Marketing skills and industry qualified
* Highly tuned communications skills
* Proven track in hotel sales in leading hotels
* Establishing new business, converting leads, conducting Trade shows
The ideal profile will demonstrate a proactive approach and strive to maintain superior client relations and promote unique brand awareness. Rounding off the successful candidate, you will be self-motivated, client focused with the inter-personal skills to operate across all levels and functions of the organisation, especially with external parties.
