ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage potential opportunities and achieve sales closures, meeting defined sales targets.
2. Build own list of potential clients, prospects and referrals from own historic contacts.
3. Work with and develop existing contacts and accounts.
4. Facilitate relationships with senior decision makers and influencers.
5. Identify business opportunities through understanding customer requirements and their buying criteria, and identifying the appropriate service solution.
6. Meet prospects, clients and consultants.
7. Collaborate with Administration and Design teams to identify future projects.
8. Prepare client presentations.
9. Conduct negotiations with the clients.
10. Select products according to understanding of client/customer requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree/certification in Business or Interior Design
EXPERIENCE
Prior high-end products/brand selling experience desirable
