Our client manages a truly magnificent and corporate hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia and is searching for an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to spearhead and direct all business, marketing and sales strategies within the hotel.
Specifications and Profile:
* Minimum 10years experience in Sales and Marketing
* Must have strong South East Asian & South Pacific experience
* Strong communicator and dynamic personality
* Strong financial acumen in all sales objective including forecast, budgets etc.
* Design, implement & facilitate annual S&M plans
* Natural leader, able to coach, mentor and motivate professional sales team
* Able to negotiate commercial outcomes and secure new business
* Passion for planning, directing, organizing and administering all sales & marketing activities
* Can do attitude, pro active and strong marketer
