-ordering, inventory
-hiring, training, corrective action
Experience
minimum 2 years as a GM in a high volume corporate restaurant doing up to $3 mill/yr
OR
minimum 2 years as an AGM in a high volume corporate restaurant doing $4 mill/yr ++
