Job Description:
• Must have 10 to 12 years of Experience in IT Industry.
• Must have minimum 2 to 4 years of Experience in Airlines domain.
• Must have a good understanding of the SDLC with at least 6-8 years in software testing.
• Managed large engagements in an Enterprise IT organization with multiple project streams comprising of geographically/ internationally distributed teams
• Should have experience in managing large teams
• Responsible for managing the project deliverables in a vertical
• Must have exceptional project management, people management, customer relationship management and organizational skills
• Must be able to manage test strategy, planning, estimation and deliverables of multiple tracks across portfolios
• Must also have experience in leading multiple customer projects.
• Must have solution based approach and should be well versed with diverse technologies/market happenings and effectively contribute to pre-sales.
• Must be able to work with offshore teams (in India) and have prior experience working with offshore teams.
• Good understanding of the IT systems used by the Airlines and the business process
• Facilitate and document business requirements and business cases
• Building domain competencies and manage knowledge
• Analyze stakeholder objectives and requirements gathering
• Identify and review test scenarios and test cases and provide training to the offshore/onsite team
• Support project teams and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, communication skills and interpersonal skills
