Well established client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Benefits Supervisor to join their HR team. Responsibilities include benefits administration for 4 locations with approximately 900 employees including Health and Welfare, 401(k), STD, LTD, FMLA, life insurance and wellness programs. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of benefits management experience and multi-site exposure. Must be very knowledgeable of ERISA regulations. Supervisory skills a plus! BA/BS required. Salary DOE.
