Job Description:
1. Proficiency in database and reporting.
2. At least 2 years experience (we do not require fresh grads or students).
3. Strong conceptual and analytical skills with ability to solve business problems.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and aptitude to quickly learn various systems and software programs.
5. Good verbal communication skills (English). Able to easily translate complex system issues.
6. Basic knowledge of call center operations.
