Regulatory Compliance Executive – Essex – Pharmaceutical
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regulatory Affairs/Compliance professional to join a global pharmaceutical company based in Essex in the East of England as a Regulatory Compliance Executive.
This international ambitious company specialises in marketing prescription branded medicines across the world, their services include Regulatory, Quality, Business Development, Manufacture and Supply Chain.
As the Regulatory Compliance Executive you will report to the Regulatory Compliance Manager and assist with maintaining the regulatory compliance of the company MAA’s, developing regulatory compliance strategies and reviewing the change control procedures whilst liaising regularly with all relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop SOP’s on regulatory compliance systems
Ensure regulatory, quality, technical and medical documents are compliant
Perform regulatory compliance checks
Set up new MA’s on system
Perform regulatory compliance audits
Provide regulatory conformance support
Manage regulatory information system
Adhere to company policies and SOP’s
Track regulatory changes, variations and approvals
Support site and regulatory compliance inspections
Maintain regulatory license master database
Perform routine regulatory compliance tasks
The role will require you to be educated to degree level in a relevant scientific indication, you must have 1 to 3 years regulatory affairs or compliance pharmaceutical industry experience and previous generics manufacturing experience would be highly as would CMC and auditing experience. You should be an organised, focused and driven individual with excellent computer, written/verbal communication, project management and presentation skills and who is able to work under pressure.
