• Experienced in sales of construction materials
• He shall preferably have an engineering background, however, Graduates and Business Management degree holders with experience in sales of building materials shall also be considered
• The ideal candidate would have demonstrated leadership qualities and quantifiable achievements in previous positions
• The position requires a strong marketing orientation, good business acumen, commanding personalit), effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• He shall lead and manage a team of sales representatives and be responsible for sales operations and profitability of the region
