Description: Position Description- Regional Sales Manager, Middle East
The Regional Sales Manager, Middle East is the primary contact in the Middle East for all of Chase’s Construction products of protective tapes and coatings for industries such as oil and gas pipelines, water infrastructure, waste water infrastructure, chemical containment, processing plants and other related industries. This position is responsible for all sales, marketing and development activities within the Middle East region including but not limited to Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt and potential future markets. This position is expected to develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, specifies, contractors, distributors, agents and representatives while developing new relationships. Our businesses and brand names include Chase Protective Coatings, C.I.M. Industries, TapeCoat®, Royston®, Mayflowrap®, Longwrap®, Plasgard® and Serviwrap®.
Preferred candidates will possess some or all of the following:
1) A Bachelor of Science, Engineering or equivalent degree.
2) This position is based in the Middle East (preferable Qatar or UAE). Prefer candidates currently residing or having previously lived in the Middle. International experience is highly desirable.
3) Minimum of three years related experience in the engineering or inspection consultancy industry, particularly with a background in corrosion prevention.
4) Background in anti-corrosion and corrosion prevention in the oil & gas, water, waste water or related industries is highly desirable.
5) Technical competence in protective coating and lining products and commercial acumen are also highly desirable.
6) Fluent in English with fluency in Arabic a plus.
7) Computer literate with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.)
