A well reputed national pharmaceutical company based in Karachi, Pakistan requires REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS for Karachi, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Sukkur, Quetta, Hyderabad and Lahore.
Responsibilities:
• Consistent achievement of agreed Sales Targets within time frame.
• Managing Sales Team through selection, coaching, development, motivation and counseling for effective execution of marketing strategies, processes and policies.
• Work with Product Management team in implementing and tracking effective marketing strategies.
• Evaluate, maintain and develop sales reps knowledge related to sales techniques and products.
• Beating sales targets through planning and efficient management.
• Planning and control of expenditure to ensure cost efficiency.
• Coordinating and partnering with marketing team to maximize sales opportunities.
• Optimize performance and create an appropriate atmosphere within the team; build on confidence and team spirit, ensuring the motivation and commitment of each team member
Qualification/Skills: Life Science Graduate. MBA will be preferred. Good leadership, selling, interpersonal and training skills.
Experience: minimum 5 – 6 years in pharma sales with 2 to 3 years in similar capacity. Proven track record of achieving annual targets with at least 2 years in continuity. Managing sales area focusing on development of core products.
Age: Below 35 years
