Regional Marketing Managers – Urgently required – Abu Dhabi – Construction industry
Our client is a well-established leader in the United Arab Emirates and throughout the Gulf within the Construction, Oil/Gas and the Concrete industry. With a history of successful projects they are now looking to expand the head office team. Regional Marketing Managers are urgently required to be located in Abu Dhabi.
Candidates must have a background within the Construction industry
Candidates must have at least 7+ Years experience
Candidates must have United Arab Emirates experience
I. Job Objective:
To provide professional marketing management not limited to:
• Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark-up factors.
• Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.
II. KEY RESULTS AREAS (Key Accountabilities)
• Work closely with SBD on all issues of marketing.
• Develop the annual marketing plan in conjunction with Senior Management
• Develop and implement an annual events plan
• Establish and maintain the annual budget
• Establish and develop ways for promoting the company’s image
• Implement the company’s policies and strategies
• Promote Our client as a premier concrete supplier through an effective marketing plan
• Organise corporate events
• Develop promotional materials
• Develop advertising programme
• Develop and implement an internal marketing programme
• Schedule and organise various exhibitions with events coordinator
• Develops and maintains links, alliances and partnerships within the local community to promote the company’s image
• Oversee the creation of all promotional materials of the company
• Promote the vision of excellence and innovation
• Ensure that there is frequent, timely & positive media coverage for company activities
• Establish and maintain relationships with representatives and stakeholders within the private sector throughout the UAE to streamline the facilitation of events, exhibitions and publications across the nation
• Prepare prequalification documents in conjunction with internal stakeholders
• Supervise staff and develop annual training programme
• Ensure regular and timely feedback to superiors
• Prepare monthly status reports
• Prepare monthly variance reports

As an Marketing Manager shall manage all matters related to:
• Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
• Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging.
• Compile lists describing product or service offerings.
• Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
• Select products and accessories to be displayed at trade or special production shows.
