Looking for Regional Director Credit Management, based in Prague, Czech Republic! Are you interested or can you recommend somebody?
Excellent opportunity for finance professional to set up and lead regional (global) team of credit collections. All EU citizens can apply for this position.
There is no expat package included.
Position is based in Prague, Czech Republic. You do not need knowledge of Czech language.
To apply for this position you must have
- minimum 7 -10 years experience in finance including managerial level position
- minimum 3 years experience in collections including at least team leading position; experience with collection from B2B segment will be preferred
- team leading experience (minimum 5 people)
- experience in leading teams in different locations (remotely)
- excellent English
Your goals in the beginning:
- To review, suggest and set up processes in credit collection
- To lead, evaluate and newly set up global credit collection team which is spread in 8 locations around the world
Your role:
- Lead the invoice to cash activity effectively and manage the end to end process from invoice generation still cash collection in line with Credit Management best practice.
- Ensure customer cash collection is made in an efficient manner, debt is kept at or below corporate target levels and the cash inflow into the company is in line with Corporate objectives on a monthly basis
- Responsible for the customer queries process and coordination with other internal processes (tax, billing, project managers) to ensure timely collection of invoices.
