Since 2008 working as QA/QC Supervisor with the following responsibilities.
Manage activities related to development of new products and revised formulas for existing products. Establish quality standards, procedures, and testing methods, and implement procedures to assure compliance with approved standards.
Manage all quality control activities in connection with raw & packing materials, semi finished and finished products to keep them within defined standards in order to minimize the non-conformities.
- Formulas & Process Instruction:
Develop, establish, communicate and maintain formula and process instructions for all products manufactured by the company.
- Product Development
Develop new products as per requirements directed by the management
Find opportunity or by directive from the management to improve the existing products
Identify opportunity for new products
Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary;
- Quality Standards
Establish, communicate and maintain quality standards for all raw materials used in the manufacturing process by the company.
- Standards Organizations
Follow up all matters with or in connection to SASO and assume full responsibility for implementation. Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
- Market return
Monitor market returns in regards to damaged, near expiry and expired products received from various markets. Report monthly YTD losses in value due to aforementioned reasons.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree in Science (BSc) from University of Khartoum
COMPUTER PROFICIENCY
Competent in MS-Word, Excel, and Power point and experienced in the use of Internet for educational, industrial research purposes.
