Job Description
Our Client, a large multinational support services organization, is presently seeking an experienced Quality Control officer for its UAE operations.
The Quality Control Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance to defined service delivery measures and developing and implementing further QA systems and measures to support the quality of the services at client sites/operations units. Other responsibilities include reviewing the client site’s SLA’s, inspecting quality plans are in place and developing with unit management, the quality plan for the site/operation unit if it is not available. You will be responsible for training operating standard procedures, reviewing the contract’s QC system and inspecting the performance with the unit management and developing and supporting the implementation of corrective measures and action plans.
To qualify for this role you should have a relevant qualification and be conversant with company quality assurance programs and ISO standards (ISO 9001, IMS or any related programs) You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar quality control role and ideally experience of working in a similar role for a catering or food services company plus some knowledge of hospital catering/ food services. You will possess excellent analytical and organisational skills and be an effective communicator at all levels. You should have good administration skills and be adept at report writing. You will preferably be BICs trained.
You must have a valid UAE driving license.
