Qualifications and Experience needed by applicants:
A degree level or equivalent qualification in an acceptable discipline with at least 5 years experience in software
development/electronic engineering environment (gaming sector would be advantageous).
Have a recognized Quality Assurance qualification and a proven track record if effecting contemporary quality
techniques particularly in the area of continual improvement.
Have strong analytical and problem solving skills with a can-do approach.
Able to communicate effectively at all levels and present views with conviction based upon a thorough understanding
of and expertise of the Quality field.
Proficiency with the MS Windows operating system and MS Office tools required. Some experience of Unix based
environments may be an advantage.
Knowledge and experience of tools to aid continual process improvement.
Willing to relocate to Estonia, contract for 3 years.
The role is reporting to:
Managing Director And CEO and the position is responsible for all operational Quality Assurance matters ensuring the
company’s quality objectives and policies are effectively implemented by taking a lead in the development of the
ISO9001 Business Management System and Continual Improvement processes, and by driving the understanding of Quality
practices throughout the company and supporting senior managers and others to meet their quality responsibilities.
Take a lead in and be the focus for the business in all areas of continual improvement whilst creating and
maintaining an ethos of Business Excellence.
Manage the internal audit process to stimulate process improvement based upon business risks and needs.
Facilitate and support 3rd party assessments and customer audits of company business operations and Business
Management System processes.
Lead the drive to reduce non-conformance identified from internal and externally generated metrics, observations,
and concerns.
Support senior managers, project managers and other staff to meet their Quality responsibilities and provide a lead
in training on quality and process implementation.
Effectively manage group of 25 Quality Engineering staff supporting and performing quality activities necessary to
achieve the quality management objectives.
Proactively interface with and report to senior management to ensure they are conversant with all issues and
concerns impacting Quality from contract acceptance through to product delivery and use, test suites, simulators,
test procedures and reports required to test the Management Application development for the M And C project.
