Job Description
1) Control and heading the department in whole activities.
2) Set proper strategy to handle and manage all issues related to procurement,
3) Developing material planning and procurement processes and procedures, developing long term strategic agreements with suppliers to enhance final negotiation and ensure lowest cost consistent with quality and services required and monitoring supplier performance.
4) Manage and control the expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of the material as per purchase order onditions.
5) Timely evaluation of the suppliers for their consistent performance.
6) Control the procurement activities for the group company.
7) Receiving & reviewing the purchase requests from the stores.
Distributing the same to the concern assistants.
9) Continuous follow up and monitoring till to receive the required material to the concern indenter.
10) Documentation control for the right flow of payment and accounting.
11) Coordination with finance, logistics and stores for the processing of invoices for the supplier¡¦s payment.
12) Local & overseas LDPE granules purchasing.
13) Subcontract finalization.
14) Vendor development for new & running products.
15) Negotiation with the suppliers.
Profile 1) Experience in purchasing preferrably for a large building material manufacturing company or a manufacturing company
