Project Manager – Highway Planning and Design
WPR has been tasked with recruiting a high caliber Project Manager for our client, a market leading and world renowned design consultancy, currently experiencing high levels of success in the MENA region.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the project management of Highway and Road infrastructure projects.
The principle activities for this role are:
* To manage all aspects of road and highway design projects including mentoring of junior staff
* Providing technical input on designs for road and highway projects, transport planning projects and other multi disciplined projects as required
* Ensuring that the projects under your control accurately represent the client’s requirements
To be considered candidates will need to satisfy the following criteria:
* A minimum of 12 years experience in the design of major roads and highways
* Strong experience in the use of MX Roads and other CADD tools such as Civil 3D
* We prefer that you have experience with the following: transport planning, traffic analysis, traffic signal design and utility design
A Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University is required. Membership of an appropriate professional institute is desirable.
