Candidate should be Graduate of Architecture from an accredited University With at least ten (10) years of experience in design/ supervision of commercial and residential projects. Development of architectural details and specifications.
Review of shop drawings and material submittals. Coordination between disciplines and responding to RFI’s etc.
Candidate should be highly motivated with strong communication skills. Able to coordinate with the Client. Expertise in AutoCAD software is a must. As well as good familiarity with the international standards, building and fire Codes.
Candidate should have worked on a large-scale development Project with reputable firms for at least five (5) years. Excellent Arabic and English language skills are mandatory.
