Position: Project Management Director(SH)
Report to: VP-EPC
Location: Shanghai
Main responsibilities:
1. Planning and programming
- Execute of preparation for organisation’s annual, quarterly, monthly business plan and organize the implementation.
- Audit underling the work plan and supervise, examine the implementation status.
2. Establish system
- Establish installation of solar power generation system-related rules and regulations and the project operation process.
- Establish project pre/post customer service standards and process.
3. Project management
- Take charge of major construction Project Manager, as the company’s representatives commutates with customer during the project implementation phase, responsible for important project implementation and management. Coordinate and manage customer relationships, to guide and to meet customer demand for construction, promote market consolidation and expansion.
- Develop project implementation plans and project schedule objectives and implementation. Establish company advantages in delivery, project implementation, services and project management.
- Review the project contract, develop or prepare the tender documents of engineering system project or tender work.
- Supervision of payment withdraws from customers.
- Responsible for performance inspection, cost statistics and so on, for subordinates to conduct operational guidance and performance evaluation.
- Manage PV project construction and after-sales service, establish integrated project file documents and data.
- Build good systems engineering team (including recruitment and assessment) and training operational capacity.
- Development of engineering, technical management people’s annual, quarterly, monthly training programme, organise and implement training.
4. Customer service management
- Solve the maintenance and complaints of general customer and other after-sales service. Participate in the maintenance of major customer.
- Manage quality complains and quality claims.
5. Communication
- Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Communicate and coordinate relationship between the relevant departments within the company.
6. Subordinate management
- Collocate and assign work and responsibilities. Guidance, supervision, inspection assessment and feedback to the directly subordinate.
- Selection, training and development of directly subordinate.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above. Graduated engineer (mech/electrical/civil)
2. 8 yrs procurement implementation or customer service related experience.
3. More than 5 yrs working experience in the domestic manager or executive.
4. Professional, integrity, honesty, rigorous and practical.
5. Has strong capabilities of learning, innovation, coordination, organization, comprehensive analysis and information gathering.
6. Travel ration > 40%
7. Proficiency in English reading and writing and know other languages is preferred.
8. With solar engineering is preferred.
