Location: Calgary, Alberta (South neighborhood of Midnapore)
AgCall is a well known marketing and project management consulting firm. We provide services to the agricultural industry across North America. Our specialty is managing large marketing projects that help our clients influence and communicate with their customers. We recruit, train, monitor and administer short term sales and field experts for our clients.
Our clients access our marketing expertise and mobilize our contract work force of agriculture experts. This saves them the cost of hiring full time people for short term projects.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to coordinate these marketing and field projects and take charge of the day-to-day execution. You will be the Coordinator that stays ?up-to-the-minute? focused on the details of your projects. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Prepare all training materials and organize all facilities and details,
2. Coordinate purchase of all supplies for all projects and any promotional materials,
3. Organize and implement all mailing materials and any follow up tactics
4. Data entry and possible supervision of data entry staff, and
5. Generate weekly and final reports for Project Managers and clients.
This position involves day-to-day problem solving and trouble-shooting. An ideal candidate is a very organized details person who can anticipate problems, ask ?why? and provide solutions. Part of your time will be spent on the phone encouraging our associates and suppliers to stay on track; therefore you must have above average interpersonal, writing and communication skills. You must be able to juggle numerous priorities and get things done on time. Good computer skills are required. Agricultural background and post-secondary education would be an asset but not critical to this position.
