Project Coordinator – Damas – Oman
Project Coordinator you would be planning, managing and following-up with the contactors for installation, maintenance signage – external / internal, new and existing outlets confirming the quality work and control the costs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate with contractors for MEP, civil & joinery
• Follow-up with contractors, site visit confirming high quality of work.
• Signage – external/internal, installation and maintenance of existing retail outlets.
• Maintenance work at company level.
Required skills:
Should have 5- 15 years of experience in the field
Basic – Bachelor of Technology / Engineering
Knowledge of AUTOCAD
Should posses UAE driving license
Fluency in English and Arabic would be added advantage
