Jobs in USA The Program Manager is the primary point of contact for a large ID/IQ contract with one of our major accounts. The Program Manager maintains a close relationship with the client, oversees service delivery, ensures client satisfaction, and is responsible for comprehensive account support.
Required Expertise: Five or more years experience with large ($20 million or more) ID/IQ and task order contracts including experience leading a Project Management Office (PMO). Must have demonstrated client relationship management skills and the ability to balance strategic business development with short-term operations. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills are essential, as are excellent written and oral communication skills.
Desired Attributes: Solid working relationships with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) executives and managers. Strong understanding of DHS objectives, priorities, and programs. Current PMP certification. Masters degree in a relevant field.
