Production Manager – PA
A rapidly growing manufacturing plant is looking for a Production Manager to actively drive performance improvement through production efficiencies and managing labor. The Production Manager will have 4-5 supervisors reporting to them and must have the leadership and drive to move the supervisors in the right direction. This position is responsible for all production activity, maintenance, safety, and quality of product. The company is looking for a change agent.
Background Profile:
• B.S. in Engineering or related.
• Minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of and experience using Lean & Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership abilities.
• Drive change and improvement.
• Union experience is helpful.
