PROCUREMENT & MATERIALS SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring all shipments are compliant with local I international laws.
• Overseeing the negotiation, issuing and management of
• Negotiating Supply Agreements with key Suppliers Managing Inventory, ensuring transactions are complete accurately & utilization is maximized. .
• Scheduling, coordination and preparation of shipping documentation for international freight movements.
Required Experience/ Attributes:
• 3-5 Years International Logistics (Import 1 Export).
: 3-5 years purchasing and inventory Managements
• Responsive, Accountable with excellent organizational and communication skills.
WELL TESTING TECHNICAL ADVISOR
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all formal communication fOr situations involving: Cautions and or warnings, design / product /
service changes, Required Field Action, interim
procedures and reference information using a Technology Bulletin.
• To identify opportunities for technology based new business and work with BD Manager to dev4lop appropriate strategies for delivering these.
• Through close liaison with the WT Operations Manager and his team, assist in the delivery of new technology to our client base.
• Responsible for responding to technical questions raised internally and by clients and developing relevant answers:
• Role requires 24 hours per day and 7 days per week accessibility
• Act as Subject Matter Expert.
• Provide technical support to BD & Operation teams.
• Revises, uses, and refers users to appropriat4 Technical Content of Product! Services on Portal & Local server.
• Reviews content for accuracy and creates revisions as needed in consultation with Region Technical Department.
• Responsible for the maintenance of Operational Manuals.
• Reviews responses, articles and communication drafted by less experience personnel.
Required Experience/ Attributes:
• 10 – 15 Years experience in Well test technical roles.
• Previously held Supervisory role.
• Responsive, Accountable with excellent o and communication skills.
Preference to individual with experience in Saudi Arabia Oil & Gas fields.
